On the personal tip, my mum's out of the respite bed and is staying at my sister's place. The progress she's made over the last month has been really wonderful. While she can't make it up stairs yet, her strength is coming back quickly and she's eating normally. She feels better than she has in ages. The next year will really tell the tale, so hopefully things will continue to progress so positively.
On a side note, I'm waiting with eager anticipation for the release of the
Konica Minolta Maxxum 7 Digital. I just adore my old Maxxum 9000, but being able to use all my lenses with the new 7d (and have them take advantage of the
anti-shake technology) would totally rock. Any kind folks out there over at Minolta feel like sponsoring a photoblog? ;)
