An open plea to the folks at Pikto: please stop nickle and diming your customers by only including index cards with high-resolution CD's. It's not like you guys are anywhere near to being a "budget" photo lab, so why are you acting like one? That's just tacky. Or you could just get them to write "include index" on your envelope and all will be fine. Heh.
