Bicycle on Front Street East. Shot on my way home from work on Monday.
I picked up these shots at
Pikto yesterday -- got my
free CD and everything. This was my first cross-processing experiment with my Maxxum 9000, and I'm fairly pleased with the results. Most of the shots aren't too spectacular composition-wise -- but like I said, it was just a quick experiment, and at least I got the exposure down. At $15 / roll plus processing, a damn expensive experiment it was, too.
I dropped off another roll yesterday -- this time with some more carefully chosen shots. I'm looking forward to seeing the results when I pick them up tomorrow.
Fuji Provia 400, shot at 100 and cross processed. AP Mode at F1.7, 50mm Focal Length. I tried scanning the negs myself, but the results just paled in comparison to the professional scans on CD from Pikto. It was far better (both aesthetically and time-wise) to just tighten the levels on the colour-corrected Pikto scans than to try and rescan the negs without colour correction on my 3170.
