The corner of Howard and Ontario Street, in St. James Town. My hood.
I've lived in Toronto now pretty much straight through from 1995 when I started in the Journalism program at
Ryerson. I haven't been to where I grew up in ages, and all of my family lives hours away from the city.
Tottenham is just too far behind me, and my mother hasn't lived in
Campbellford long enough for me to have any sentimental attachment to it. So I guess Toronto is my real "home town" nowadays.
I've spent the better part of the past decade in this city -- it's where I work, play, and live with my
beautiful wife. It's my city, my home. And so, it's also my submission to this week's
Phototime Tuesday theme, "Home Towns".
