There's a large Sri Lankan contingent in the
St. James Town /
Cabbagetown area, and I'm always seeing these posters around the area. They're all of a similar style, and invariably have a photo of a young man such as the tattered one above. I'm constantly wondering what they mean. Concert? Memorial? Celebration? Wanted Poster? If anyone can enlighten me, please do.
